An employee relations class is part of the upcoming Outlook 2015 Agribusiness Conference on April 15, hosted by the California Chapter of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA).
The class called 'Employee Relations II' is part of the Farm and Ranch Management Industry Training program developed by the California ASFMRA chapter. Its objective is to delve into areas related to worker safety and labor relations.
The course will address agricultural health and safety laws, Ag labor relations and good grower relations using both instruction and practical working scenarios.
The program was developed in partnership with AgSafe, the educational leader in food and farming industry safety and labor practices.
The all-day Outlook Conference is from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the La Quinta Inn, 2615 Buena Vista Drive, Paso Robles, Calif.
