ACCESSIBILITY
Ramps: All exhibit areas, restrooms and Freedom Hall (tractor pull) are wheelchair accessible.
Parking: Vehicles with disabled parking permits may be parked in marked spaces on the drive in front of the West Hall, in the lot located near the entrance to the South Wing, and in the rear lots of Freedom Hall.
Tractor Pull Seating: Seating for patrons requiring special needs, such as wheelchair seating, should be requested when purchasing tractor pull tickets at the Freedom Hall Ticket Office. For accessible seating, please call 502/367-5144.
Elevators: For disabled and elderly persons only, the elevators provide access to the upper level of Freedom Hall (tractor pull). They are located in the concourses of Freedom Hall.
ATM/MONEY MACHINES
There are four ATMs in the facility. One is located outside the front of the West Hall lobby, one is in the South Wing B lobby, and one is inside the front lobby of Freedom Hall, and in the concourse of Broadbent Arena.
BUS AND TAXI SERVICE
Bus stops for TARC buses, Louisville’s transportation system, are outside the perimeter of the grounds near the gates. Taxis are located outside the front entrance of the show from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily.
FIRST AID
First Aid Stations are staffed by the American Red Cross and located in the front lobby of Freedom Hall as well as in the South Wing B and West Hall lobbies. The Freedom Hall Station opens at 9:00 a.m. and closes following the Championship Tractor Pull. The South Wing B and West Hall locations are open 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily.
GUEST RELATIONS
The Guest Relations office is located inside the Freedom Hall lobby and is open during the National Farm Machinery Show and the Championship Tractor Pull.
INFORMATION BOOTHS
Get answers to all your National Farm Machinery Show-related questions at the yellow Information Booths located throughout the facility, sponsored by Farm Credit.
LOST AND FOUND
The Lost and Found is located at the KEC Security Office, near the North Wing and the Freedom Hall Ticket Office.
LOST CHILDREN
Lost children should be brought to the KEC Security Office, near the North Wing and the Freedom Hall Ticket Office.
MEDIA ROOM
The official Media Room, located in South Wing B, Room 107-108, is designated to serve members of the working press at the NFMS and Championship Tractor Pull. The room will provide hospitality to members of the media, allow stories to be filed online, and provide a dedicated phone line for live broadcasts. The Media Room is sponsored by FMC Corporation.
POLICE SECURITY
KEC Security is on 24-hour duty during the National Farm Machinery Show. The office is located near the North Wing and the Freedom Hall Ticket Office. Phone: 502/367-5360
ROAD SERVICE
KEC Security will handle automobile starting issues, towing, accidents, etc. The office is near the North Wing and the Freedom Hall Ticket Office.
SHOW OFFICES
The KEC Administration Offices are located at the front of Freedom Hall. Enter the far left doors located outside Freedom Hall marked “Administration Offices.”
SMOKING
The Kentucky Exposition Center is a smoke-free facility. Smoking is only allowed outdoors.
TRACTOR PULL TICKETS
Tickets for the Championship Tractor Pull are on sale at the Freedom Hall Ticket Office, near the North Wing. All tickets are subject to availability.
WHEELCHAIR AND SCOOTER RENTAL
Available on a first-come, first-served basis from Gould’s Medical located in the South Wing B lobby.
Motorized 3-wheel scooters:
$25/two hours or $50/day
Wheelchairs: $10/hour or $25/day
