Register now for Potato Field Day

Presque Isle County even is Aug. 30, includes variety trials

Michigan State University Extension will host a Potato Field Day on Tuesday, August 30th at the Wilk variety trial, located at 4300 Lake Augusta Hwy. Hawks.  The program will begin at 11 a.m. and run until 2 p.m..  This event will be an opportunity for producers and agribusiness professionals to view on farm variety performance, and hear the latest industry news from the Michigan Potato Industry Commission and Michigan State University.

There is no charge for the event, but pre-registration is encouraged.  A free dinner will also be provided at Lakeside Park in Rogers City sponsored by Great Lakes Agri. Service, Inc. and Wilbur-Ellis Company.
