You might have missed this - interest rates have been raised again by Federal Reserve. Possible Fed could raise rates again in the fall. Mortgage rates have been remarkably constant. Some analysts think they may rise to 4.5% by end of year. By close of 2018, some think could be 5%.

Our dairy products are cheapest in the world right now, which could attract export business, which would be a good thing. If prices don't gain ground, could be more dairy producers going out of business.
