Max Armstrong talks about the Illinois governor candidates, harvest losses, scooters on the freeway and stolen stamps.

Two men in the Illinois governor election are very wealthy and have some secrets they want to keep. Both have declined to provide complete income tax returns, as well as offshore investments.

Today's crop report will be interesting, but it won't mention field losses. 

Scooters that people use are finding their way to places they shouldn't be. Like people riding them on the highway.

A postal service manager stole hundreds of thousands in stamp money to fund casino expenses.
