Max Armstrong offers a look at the USDA move to relocate two agencies from Washington, D.C. – the Economic Research Service and the National Institute of Food and Agriculture. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue explained that the move is designed to get improved service and get those agencies closer to key stakeholders. The move is also aimed at saving money and improving the ability to recruit new staff.
