Max Armstrong reports on a reaction from the American Farm Bureau Federation to a California court decision that reimposed protections for wolves in the lower 48 states outside of the northern Rocky Mountain states. And it puts federal officials in charge of managing the gray wolf population. In the ruling, the California judge questioned the move by the Trump administration to turn wolf management over to the states.
