With well over 200 in attendance, the Roy J. Smith Barnyardgrass Workshop was held at the Grand Prairie Center in Stuttgart, Ark., on March 9.
“What’s really driving concern is the current lack of options to deal with barnyardgrass in rice,” said Bob Scott, University of Arkansas weed scientist. “It seems that somehow, no matter what we do, barnyardgrass continues to be our biggest weed problem.”
