Ted Batkin is retiring after 20 years as president of the California Citrus Research Board. Ken Keck, a Florida citrus grower and citrus administrator, takes the helm to guide the CRB fight against the California citrus industry's greatest menaces - the disease Huanglongbing and the Asian citrus psyllid.
