Max Armstrong tells us about a brother's successful effort to save his sister. A 17-year-old youth will be charged as an adult after trying to kidnap an 8-year-old girl from a family's backyard. The 13-year-old brother used a slingshot to stop the kidnapping and then police were able to identify the young man by the marks left behind.

And half the states in the USA allow dining with dogs. However, the federal government is having their say about the matter. The question on many minds is whether it should be up to the federal government to make the decision or the restaurant owner.

Plus, Fairlife announced it is building it's third bottling plant in upstate New York.

And a herd of cattle gave away the hiding place of a criminal police were chasing. After a car chase, the criminal abandoned his vehicle and took off into a pasture. The police found the herd gathered together and under the huddle was the man.
