Significant rains have fallen in areas of the plains that needed them.

Some areas have standing waters, and it's a concern for farmers. The replant decisions are difficult due to high input costs.

Max asked Twitter followers what a rolling blackout would do for farmers who need electricity 24/7 to keep animals and crops alive.
