Max Armstrong discusses survey results from the Purdue University Center for Food Demand Analysis and Sustainability looking at several consumer factors. The results showed that consumers had eating less meat and drinking less alcohol was low in the survey. The survey shows that dining out has risen, but as food prices have risen survey respondents say the expect food prices to go up less. And Max offers news of one survey question result regarding plant-based meat alternatives.
