Bob Burgdorfer says corn is higher for the fourth straight week. (podcast)

January 21, 2017

Corn is higher for the fourth straight week with seven export sales reported in the last two weeks.

Soybean exports were good for the week. It's unknown how long soybean exports will be good, with Brazil's soybean harvest underway.

Winter wheat prices were up, perhaps fueled by lower planting acres as referenced in Bryce Knorr's report released Thursday.

Expect cold and dry weather in the southern plains next week.

It's a normal week for USDA next week.
