Futures digest Tuesday’s rally

Grain futures are mostly a little lower this morning, seeing a little profit taking after Tuesday’s gains. Weather is in the news this morning. As Hurricane Irma bears down on the Caribbean with devastating winds, impacts from Harvey are still being felt. Export Inspections of wheat plunged last week after shipments ceased out of the Texas Gulf. Temperatures as low as 30 degrees are being seen this morning in parts of western Nebraska, though frost damage is not expected to be widespread. Corn conditions eased last week while soybeans were mostly steady ahead of Labor Day.
