In a carefully orchestrated operation that begins well before daylight, the crew from Superior Catfish begins putting seining nets in place on one of the ponds at Shirk Catfish Farm near Brooksville, Miss. As the sun tops the tree line, nets have been pulled tight and fish are being loaded for the short trip to the processing plant at nearby Macon, Miss.
