East
Nance County: 320 acres sold at private treaty for $704,000. This property is a combination parcel with about 108 acres of pasture and wooded area, 124.69 acres of expired Conservation Reserve Program land and 12.7 acres enrolled in CRP. Douglas County: 106.95 acres sold at auction for $1.8 million. This was a prime lakefront development property in West Omaha, including a 59-acre lake offering private fishing, hunting and boating. — Compliments of Farmers National Co.
East and Southeast
Lancaster and Otoe counties: 506.34 acres sold at auction for $2.5 million. This includes 186.34 acres in Lancaster County — a row crop farm with a few trees. This land is 91% tillable with Class II and III soils. A rolling dryland farm on 320 acres in Otoe County includes a small pond with large trees providing wildlife habitat. — Compliments of Farmers National Co.
Southeast
Gage County: 114.99 acres sold for $248,000. This farm consists of gently rolling pasture and hayland with a small pond. — Compliments of UFarm Real Estate

Kearney County: 79.99 acres sold for $550.000. This farm is irrigated cropland. The water is provided by surface water through the Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District.
