Southwest Farm Press is pleased to announce that John Robinson, professor and Extension economist in the Department of Agricultural Economics at Texas A&M University, will contribute a regular column on cotton marketing for both our print and online products.

Robinson has two degrees in entomology and one degree in agricultural economics, all from Texas A&M University.  His professional experience includes Extension faculty positions at Mississippi State University and various positions within the Texas A&M System.  His research and Extension focus involves cotton marketing, risk management, transportation and logistics.

Robinson’s commentaries will begin immediately.
