Farm bill educational meetings will be conducted for Southeast cotton growers by the National Cotton Council. The NCC staff was pivotal in guiding the new farm bill cotton policy. No one knows more about it now. Cotton farmers need to take advantage of these opportunities and soak up as much information as they can as planting season nears.
