Who bought BMB?

I have a BMB Dyna-flail stalk chopper that I need parts for and was told that it and a bunch of other small companies were bought out under a different company name. Can you help with what this company is now called and who I can contact for parts?

I am in need of directions of how to use a Radson moisture meter tester, model PB 37-2, which was made by the Dole Valve Company. Is the company still in business or has it changed names and where might it be located? I would appreciate your help.
