This week, Max speaks to Dr. Jackie Applegate, president, Bayer Crop Science, North America, about women in ag and science, her role at Bayer and the advice she has for the next generation of female leaders.

Naomi Blohm, Total Farm Marketing, visits with Mike about markets, including WASDE news and reactions, old-crop price targets, new-crop prices, wheat movement, dairy volatility and hog prices.

In the ag tech segment, Chad Colby shares new router tech.
