Mike Pearson talks with Marcia Bunger, Administrator, USDA Risk Management Agency about how margin protection is changing. Marcia shares that the RMA is expanding margin protection insurance for corn and soybeans.

Mike gives an update on the latest with WOTUS ruling and the stay across 24 states.

Max is joined by Mark Stock, Big Iron Auctions & Realty to talk more about equipment auctions and advice that he gives those that retire from farming. Mark shares that the machinery market is a hot commodity at the time.

This week in the Ag States of America, host Charlie Behrens profiles North Dakota, also known as the bread basket of the world. Also #1 in producing honey with over 300 beekeepers where some are transported to California to pollinate the almond trees and then transported back.

Max talks with Brian Winnekings, WRDN Radio – Durand, Wisconsin. Brian along with farmers have been fighting to keep AM radio in vehicles. Not having the AM radio will be more difficult for the farm broadcasting community to get the information to the farmers.

Greg Soulje joins Max and gives his weather forecast for the week ahead and what to expect in the upcoming forecast.
