Congress should act on immigration reform

Ray Prewett, president of Texas Citrus Mutual and the vice president of the Texas Vegetable Association, says Congress still has time to pass a meaningful immigration reform bill. An enforcement-only approach, he said would hurt agriculture and other industries.
