The Agribusiness & Water Council of Arizona will conduct its annual meeting and conference for those in agribusiness on May 19 at the Salt River Project’s PERA Club from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The PERA Club is located at 1 E. Continental Dr., Tempe, Ariz. 85281.

Informative speakers will address the new administration, changes in regulations, plus critical water issues.

8:30 - Welcome Chris Udall, ABWC executive director;

            Welcome to the PERA Club - Salt River Project; and

            State of ABWC - Tom Davis, ABWC president

9:00 - Painting Arizona’s water picture in 2017 and 2018 - Tom Buschatzke, Arizona Department of Water Resources

9:30 - What we want in the next farm bill
