AGCO's Mid-Range LT series tractors now feature fuel-efficient, 4.4-liter Sisu Diesel engines, which are Tier 3 compliant. In the new LT85A model, the engine delivers 85 PTO hp, and the LT95A model has 95 PTO hp. The 4-cyl. engine with a 4-valve/cyl. design performs as well as a 6-cyl. engine but with better fuel economy, according to AGCO. The engine also is approved for running on all blends of biodiesel up to 100%.

The LT series tractors are equipped with Auto 4 semi-power-shift transmission with 16 speeds. Just one handle controls the clutchless changes of the transmission. “The Auto 4 makes any kind of shuttle work, from loading to rear blade work, smooth and easy,” says Tom Weir, AGCO product marketing manager.

The new tractors have 26-gpm, open-center hydraulics as standard equipment to provide a high flow rate on attachments. Open platform or cab models with 2- or 4-wd are available.

Prices range from $45,912 to $85,838 for the LT85A and from $50,693 to $90,914 for the LT95A. Contact AGCO Corp., Dept. FIN, 4205 River Green Pkwy., Duluth, GA 30096, 800/767-3221, visit www.agcoiron.com or www.freeproductinfo.net/fin, or circle 150.
