Landoll Corporation recently announced that it has purchased Brillion Farm Equipment from Accuride Corporation. Landoll manufactures tillage and other material-handling equipment for agriculture, and Brillion manufactures tillage and seeding equipment.

Landoll reports that the Brillion label will remain on the purchased tillage and seeding lines. Landoll will keep the Brillion dealer network and regional territory managers and will maintain an office in Brillion, WI, for engineering, sales and service. However, Landoll will move manufacturing and production of the Brillion products to its plants in Marysville and Beloit, KS.

Landoll also says that while the Brillion purchase expands Landoll’s tillage line, it also offers a “coveted line of soil pulverizers, pulvi-mulchers and seeders.”
