Every other year, farm technology enthusiasts, farmers, companies and dealers trek to Hanover, Germany, for Agritechnica. The event has grown to be one of the largest farm shows in the country, and while there are no field demos, there are 35 buildings — each housing the latest in new farm technology.

As part of this biennial event, organizers of the event recognize innovations with Innovation Awards, with one gold medal and multiple silver medal honorees. Companies submit their technology for review by the organizers and a panel of judges.

For the 2019 awards, the DLG Innovations Jury recognized one innovation with the Gold Innovation Award, and 38 were recognized with the silver award. We’ve rounded them up here for you to check out. Many will not make it to North America, and through this slideshow, you’ll find some interesting surprises, too. The images were provided by DLG from the companies featured.

Farm Progress will be attending Agritechnica, held Nov. 10-16 this year, so look for further coverage of these products and many more.
