VIRTUAL EDUCATION: FarmProgress365 is a new way for farmers to get information. The new platform offers live interaction between speakers and farmers throughout the year.

Farm Progress has long provided information to readers through a range of traditional media and events. That expands in 2021 with the creation of FarmProgress365.

“We created FPVX in 2020 as a response to the pandemic,” says Don Tourte, a  Farm Progress vice president. “And we learned that there are opportunities to broaden what we do in providing our audience information in new ways. With FarmProgress365, we’re building on that.”

While the live Farm Progress Show and Husker Harvest Days return in 2021, connecting with the Farm Progress audience more frequently is important. FarmProgress365 is an innovative platform where farmers and sponsor partners can interact and keep updated on key topics. The online tool works on a desktop, tablet or mobile phone.

Special virtual events timed to the season — spraying, harvesting, planning, planting and more — will be highlighted on the platform. Additional programs will pop up throughout the year based on seasonal events, or breaking ag news.

“What’s exciting for us is that these sessions feature an innovative mix of recorded and livestream content so visitors can interact with speakers in real-time,” says Willie Vogt, editorial director for Farm Progress. “We focus on providing our readers content in a variety of ways. We want to meet them where they are, and always have. Timing of these online sessions and their real-time interactive capability offer added value.”

FarmProgress365 is designed to augment the company’s vibrant live experiences with added content and connectivity throughout the year. Visit FarmProgress365 to register.
