T-L announces Web-based pivots

T-L Irrigation Co., the exclusive world-class manufacturer of hydrostatically powered center pivot systems, is pleased to announce its Web-based pivot management system.

Known as iPAC, (Internet Precision Alert & Control), it enables the pivot owner to operate his T-L irrigation system remotely though the use of GPS and Internet technology.

The control unit mounts on the system's end tower and informs the operator exactly where the system is positioned in the field, including its direction and speed. The stop position of the system can be programmed from a computer or web-connected PDA. Operating alerts can also be sent to a cell phone.

Operating information is collected and verified frequently so one can be confident the data is correct. Additionally, an operator can control the system's speed, on/off cycles, auto-reversing, auto-restarting, delayed starting, and end-gun.

T-L pivot owners can make best use of their water, reduce fuel costs, gain labor efficiency, reduce risks and save time!

For more information call T-L Irrigation Co., 1-800-330-4264.
