World Dairy Expo is home to national judging and skills competitions at the 4-H, FFA, intercollegiate and post-secondary levels. During the week, junior dairy cattle exhibitors also compete in the show ring and in showmanship competitions.
The week-long event kicks off with the National 4-H, National Intercollegiate and International Post-Secondary Dairy Cattle Judging Contests on Monday, October 1st.
FFA events, including dairy cattle showmanship and evaluation contests for dairy cattle, dairy products and dairy forages will take place on Tuesday, October 2nd. Thursday evening, October 4th, the junior, intermediate and senior showmanship competitions will take place. And, on Saturday, October 6th, 4-H teams will compete in the 4-H Dairy Quiz Bowl.

World Dairy Expo is an international trade and cattle show for dairy producers. "Bright Lights, Big Show" is the theme for this year's show, which will take place Tuesday, October 2, through Saturday, October 6 at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison, Wisconsin.
