AGCO says it will continue collaboration with Topcon to develop TPA systems via the company's FUSE initiative

Topcon Precision Agriculture Thursday announced its recognition as a cornerstone supplier to AGCO's Advanced Technology Solutions division as AGCO launches its FUSE Technology initiative.

Topcon has maintained a relationship with AGCO ATS on a variety of on- and off-board technologies since 2008, the company said. Collaborations include autosteering products, such as TPA's System 150 and System 350, more integrated autosteering components such as VarioGuide for the Fendt brand, and now AutoGuide 3000 for Challenger, Massey-Ferguson and Valtra tractor brands.

Albert Zahalka, TPA division president, said TPA also continues to be the selected manufacturer of autosteering, in-cab displays such as the C2100 and C3000. In addition, he said it is part of the collaboration resulting in AGCO's Ag Command telematics system as well as other individual components utilized by various AGCO vehicle brands and types.
