Land O'Lakes-Purina Feed working on mill in Russell.

Land O'Lakes Purina Feed is set to receive $20 million in industrial revenue bonds from the City of Russell to renovate a feed mill in the city, which the company would use to develop a new dairy cattle feed supplement.
