Teagle Machinery Ltd., has introduced seven new models of Tomahawk bale processors to boost productivity on dairies.

The new Teagle Tomahawk mid-range machines, 8100, 8150, 8500 and 8550 are capable of handling 6X4 and 6X5 round bales and 4X4X8 square bales.

Joining the rotating drum line for 2012 is the XL machine, equipped with a large material holding drum big enough for the largest rectangular bales to be processed. The XL also can process round bales up to 5-feet in diameter and is available with configurations for straw shredding and bedding applications. The increasing demand for chopped milled straw now can be met by choosing options of flailing hammers or the knife kit together with a control screen which enables material sized lengths from 3/8" to 2" as a finished product.

Other enhancements for 2012 include weigh cells as an option for the High Capacity Tomahawk 1010 machine. This allows the machine to be loaded with commodities, concentrates and high moisture forage to make a versatile feed wagon.
