September Average Corn Price Down to $6

State average price for soybeans went down a dim compared to the August price.

Prices received by Minnesota farmers for corn for September averaged $6.00 per bushel, a decrease of 49 cents from the August price according to the USDA, NASS, Minnesota Field Office.

Soybeans were down 10 cents to a September price of $12.90 per bushel.

The all wheat price was down a penny to a September price of $8.09 per bushel.

The all milk price for September, at $21.00 per cwt., was down $1.80 from August.

Other September prices were:

-Hay, all baled, $115 per ton

-Alfalfa, baled, $125 per ton

-Oats, $3.10 per bushel

-Sunflowers, $36.80 per cwt.

-Wheat, $8.09 per bushel
