New bi-fold and single doors from Schweiss Doors for machine sheds, aircraft hangars and other large installations are now equipped with a newly-designed, more efficient hydraulic pump that can be mounted nearly anywhere.

The "Red Power" pumping unit is more powerful and smoother running than its predecessor and comes standard at no extra cost on new Schweiss door installations. It's also available for retrofit on existing doors.

The pump comes to the buyer in a compact unit, ready to be mounted where the buyer wants it, whether it be on a wall, top-hung, floor or back room. It's powered with a Leeson motor and offers tough, efficient electrical components.

The system allows the door to lock up and down and safely lower the door in an emergency from the ground level. The hydraulic control valve has a built-in manual override for safety and the unit has built-in backup systems in the same case.

Red Power pumps come in sizes from 2 horsepower to 10 hp for larger doors.
