SCR Dairy has hired Sarah Sacker of Monroe. She joined its U.S. team in the role of marketing and communications manager.
As SCR Dairy's marketing and communications manager, Sacker will work closely with SCR's partners to enhance communication and develop effective ways to jointly reach new customers while communicating current customer success. She will also organize North American trade show commitment and focus.
"Sarah's deep roots and knowledge of the challenges each dairy farmer faces will be a benefit to producers and our partners," said Tom Breunig, North American general manager. "She will help us better communicate the benefits SCR producers have gained in profitability from greater insight into reproduction, health, nutrition and animal and group routines."
Sacker joins the SCR Dairy team after serving as an advertising specialist with Kuhn North America, where she managed Kuhn's advertising programs, developed content for promotional materials and helped drive new product introductions. Prior to that, she worked at Animart, Inc. as a marketing associate.
Sacker and her husband, Joshua Schenk, dairy farm alongside her parents near Monroe. She serves on the board of directors for Green County Farm Bureau and is currently participating in the Wisconsin Farm Bureau Leadership Institute. Sacker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in dairy science and life sciences communication from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
