Members of the Fond du Lac County 4-H Dairy Judging Team are holding a Pancake Breakfast on Sunday, March 4, from 8 a.m. to noon at Laconia High School in Rosendale.
The menu includes pancakes, sausage links, cheese, donut holes, bananas, milk, orange juice and coffee. The cost is $6 for adults and is free for children 5 years old and younger.

A bucket drawing will feature dozens of items including a signed Packer football, 40 free bowling games and $40 off food at Generations Lanes in Eldorado; a framed Bonnie Mohr print; a one-night's stay at the Holiday Inn in Fond du Lac; a man's watch valued at $100 from CW Smith Jewelers; a one-night stay at Fairfield Marriott Hotel in Oshkosh; a one-night stay at Comfort Suites in Ripon; a Pampered Chef gift basket valued at $100; a cooler and gift certificate from Kelley's Country Creamery near Eden, and much more.
Members of the team are Austin Schmidt of Cascade, Niche Schuster of Fond du Lac, and Derrek Kamphuis and Matthew O'Leary both of Brandon. Team coaches are Chad Ryan of Fond du Lac, Chris Pollack of Ripon, and Brandon Ferry and Shi Lurvey both of Pickett.
The Fond du Lac County 4-H Dairy Judging Team won the State 4-H Dairy Judging Contest last July. In October, they placed third at the National 4-H Dairy Judging Contest held at World Dairy Expo in Madison behind a team from New York and a team from Pennsylvania. The top three teams were invited to the International Dairy Judging Contest in Scotland held during the Scottish Highland Fair.
Proceeds from the fundraiser will benefit the Fond du Lac County 4-H Dairy Judging Team who will be attending the international dairy judging competition in Scotland June 20-July 3.
