For 2017, the company has outlined its lineup - which it says is optimized for the new model season. The company offers both all-terrain vehicles and side-by-side utility vehicles. Can-Am is aiming at 2017 with a full range of choices for buyers.

The company will offer 3 new side-by-side models for 2017. First is the Can-Am Defender Mossy Oak Hunting Edition which will have a purpose-build, hunting-ready package with Mossy Oak Break-Up country camo. The company is also offering the Can-Am Maverick Max X mr 10004 side-by-side vehicle built to carry four passengers. And the company will offer a new point-of-entry into the Maverick lineup in the 60-inch family with the Maverick xc 1000R which offers competitive option and price choices.

In the ATV area, the company has the Outlander and Outlander L unified under the Outlander name, creating a single family. The 2017 Outlander 450 ATV includes many key family features at a lower price point. The Outlander XT 570 and Outlander Max X XT 570 models, compete in the mid-size category. And there's the Outlander 6x6 DPS 650 model as a new point of entry in the 6x6 ATV category.

The Can-Am ATV lineup gets the Renegade X mr 570, which is purpose built for mud work and an Outlander Mossy Oak Hunting Edition 1000R ATV. The Can-Am DS 70 ATV also returns to the lineup as a suitable machine ro riders six years of age and older.

To bolster Can-Am Off-Road performance in 2017, all-new FOX Podium QS3 shocks come standard on nine Can-Am side-by-side vehicles and four Can-Am ATVs. Additionally, the Maverick Turbo vehicle now shares the successful technologies of its CVT with Quick Response System (QRS) with the new Maverick X mr and new Maverick MAX X mr side-by-side vehicles. All Can-Am Commander and Maverick side-by-side models also come with a new front sway bar for 2017.
