With the help of two experts, this webinar will provide a nuts-and-bolts discussion of using Facebook for your business. Participating in this webinar will be Chris Heiler, a consultant for the green industry and owner of www.LandscapeLeadership.com and Farm Credit East's Erin Pirro, a farm business consultant and director of the Agricultural Retail Benchmarks program.

The speakers will discuss the importance of Facebook for business and how to use it as a tool to complement a website. They'll walk through the steps of creating a Facebook account and the development of fresh content that is engaging for visitors.

This webinar will also cover how to grow your Facebook community. In addition, Pirro will provide an overview of the Farm Credit East ARB program and provide examples of how some agricultural retail operations have used Facebook to garner business success.

The program runs from noon to 1:30 p.m. It's open to operators of all types of farms, but may be of special interest to operations involved with agricultural retail, retail greenhouse, retail nursery, farm markets and community supported agriculture.

This webinar is free. You don't have to be a Farm Credit East member to participate.
