Nutrient efficiency will be the focus of this year's conference. With volatile fertilizer prices and increased commodity prices, this will be an excellent opportunity to network with others who are interested in maximizing efficiency for profit enhancement and risk reduction.

Topics include: basics of soil phosphorous, soil test interpretation, evaluation of fertilizer additives, drainage technology research, nutrient and water quality research, high production efficiency, limits on banded fertilizer and Discovery Farm outcomes. A farmer and crop consultant panel will provide discussion about innovative on farm nutrient management. A variety of other topics and information will be made available through a poster session.

Certified Crop Advisers---This will be an excellent opportunity to obtain continuing education credits for soil and water and nutrient management. There will also be an opportunity to showcase how your organization, business or research promotes nutrient efficiency for agricultural production and water quality via poster session.
