Chances of rain in the Midwest this weekend and a big sale of soybeans to China seem to have offset to keep the markets mixed but steady. Most markets are anxiously awaiting the Fed decision this afternoon before making any rash decisions. Yesterday's FSA numbers have renewed discussion of crop size in the Midwest as more than 5 million acres show up as prevented plant in corn and soybeans.
