AgSource recently hired Erin Kappelman as a regional sales representative and Emily Dressler as technical support specialist.
Kappleman will introduce dairy producers to the cooperative's Dairy Herd Improvement products and services and assist with internal sales training.

Kappelman grew up working on her family's 460-cow dairy, Meadow Brook Dairy Farms in Two Rivers where she assisted with all aspects of herd management. In addition, she served as a special projects intern for Cooperative Network and most recently was a summer dairy sales intern for Zoetis.
In Dressler's role, she will help acquaint new field technicians with proper techniques required to provide quality service to the cooperative's DHI members. In addition, she will provide technical support to herd managers and consultants for computer hardware and software interfaces as well as online products and services. Dressler is one of four AgSource technical support specialists. She joins Tami Thomas (Northeast Region), Shannon Boschma (Central Region) and Dawn Owens (Northwest Region). Dressler will serve the Southern AgSource Region.
