Grains Trade Lower on Little News

Grains Trade Lower on Little News

A quiet day with clear skies has harvest pressure weighing on grain prices. (Audio)

It is a quiet news day in the commodity markets after yesterday's three week old export sales numbers. Harvest is moving again across most of the country as clear skies and near perfect harvest weather applies a little pressure to markets until showers return in the middle of next week. Durable goods orders increased by 3.7% to help boost stocks this morning as the dollar gains off 8 month lows.

Farm Futures Market Analyst Paul Burgener reports on morning grain trade. Listen to him using the audio player on this page.
