FMC Announces Cadet Convoy Winners

FMC Announces Cadet Convoy Winners

Kelly Kliner is the grand prize winner of the Cadet Convoy sweepstakes.

FMC Corporation is excited to announce the winners of the Cadet Convoy sweepstakes. Kelly Kliner, of Langdon, N.D., is the grand prize winner of a $5,000 Cabela's gift card.

"I went online to learn more about Cadet herbicide and never expected to win the grand prize," said Kliner, a sales representative in the seed industry. "FMC has offered a number of online trainings that I've found to be beneficial through the years."

During the Cadet Convoy in February and March 2011, FMC hit the road to talk with corn and soybean growers and custom applicators about their experience with Cadet herbicide. The Cadet Convoy traveled throughout Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota and South Dakota, gathering videos of grower testimonials and experiences. Growers were then encouraged to visit to learn more about the herbicide and to listen to growers in their geography discuss their personal experiences with Cadet. Visitors of the website could also enter the Cadet Convoy sweepstakes online.

"I'm a sportsman, so I'm looking forward to buying some hunting and fishing gear with my winnings," said Kliner. "It's a win for the both of us."

In addition, four second prize winners were selected and each will receive a $250 gift card to Cabela's. The winners include: Randy Husman of Aurelia, Iowa; Lowell Stone of Grinnell, Iowa; Cloid C. Smith of Eustis, Neb.; and Ralph Wadding of Assumption, Ill.
