Don't Overinflate Tires

Don't Overinflate Tires

Get better traction, less compaction with ride tire air pressure.

The impact of tire inflation was demonstrated last month at the "Tires, Traction & Compaction Field Day" sponsored by the University of Minnesota and North Dakota State University Extension.

Ken Brodbeck, manager of Original Equipment & Export Sales Engineering with Firestone Ag Tires in Des Moines, Iowa, gave a presentation comparing the tracks of overinflated and properly inflated tractor tires. Check out our October Web Exclusive to see our video of his demonstration.
