SunOpta is buying Dahlgren & Company, Inc., Crookston, Minn.

Founded in 1955, Dahlgren is a confection sunflower processor that employs 150 and plants in Minnesota, North and South Dakota.

SunOpta Inc. is a global company focused on natural, organic and specialty foods and natural health products.
