Meetings will provide information on 2013 crop insurance program changes and discuss topics including how the 2012 drought affects crop insurance premiums, how low yields affect APH and how to protect yourself against another dry year.
In addition, learn about important industry trends from one of our guest speakers: Steve Maulberger, Vice President of Crop Risk Services for ADM or Alan Patterson, Dairy Specialist for Dupont Pioneer. Maulberger will discuss changes in global agriculture, the connection between the American farmer and the world economy, and how population growth will impact American agriculture. Patterson will discuss how to improve efficiency on a per-acre basis with the current high feed costs.
Registration will begin at 10 a.m. for the morning meetings and 5:30 p.m. for evening meetings with lunch or dinner being provided. There is no charge to attend. Please RSVP online at badgerlandfinancial.com (use the link under the "Customer Corner" on the home page) or call Valerie Ellis at 800.356.2197 ext. 8871.
