Automate Farm Tractor Cooling System

Automate Farm Tractor Cooling System

Kustom Cooling Products offers kits to extend the life of cooling system components.

While some equipment comes with reversing cooling fans to keep debris out of radiator cores, many pieces of farm equipment could use automated fan controls to reduce maintenance and extend the life of fans and motors.

Better cooling fan control for farming and industrial equipment is available through electrical (shown) or hydraulic Kustom Cooling Products retrofit kits.

Kustom Cooling Products is introducing both electrical and hydraulic kits to fully automate the operation of cooling fans on farm and construction equipment. The thermal management system (TMS) control module reads a variety of inputs to establish an optimum set point for fan operation, variable speed and automated reversal functions to remove debris from clogged radiators in equipment used in high dust or debris conditions. In addition the kits offer "soft starts" for fans to reduce wear on motors, shafts and fan hubs.
