The Chairwoman of the U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry, Debbie Stabenow, D-Mich., has announced the Committee will hold a hearing on Wednesday, March 30, to focus on high gas prices and how new rules and innovative farming can help. Witnesses will be announced soon.
The hearing, "Fundamentals and Farming: Evaluating High Gas Prices and How New Rules and Innovative Farming Can Help," will take place at 10:30 a.m. EST in the Senate Agriculture Committee Hearing Room, SR-328A. A live, streaming Webcast of the hearing will be available for viewing on the Committee Web site at ag.senate.gov.
