Farmers flock to Precision Aerial Ag Show, UAV showcase events to discover what's new in the world of unmanned aerial vehicles.

If you're interested in learning more about the costs, uses and regulations surrounding unmanned aerial system use on the farm, it's time to jump in the conversation now.

Last week, the Precision Aerial Ag Show, hosted in Decatur, Ill., at Progress City USA, brought out large crowds of ag professionals interested in seeing new products and talking with UAS specialists and regulatory experts.

And speaking of regulatory specialists, while farmers enjoyed PAAS talks from noted UAS Attorney Brendan Schulman, Jim Williams, manager of the Federal Aviation Administration's Office of Unmanned Aerial Systems Integration, fielded questions on the agency's plans to integrate UAVs into commercial airspace last week in Memphis, Tenn., at the Delta AgTech Symposium.
