Salinas Valley Farm Show Dec. 8-9 at King City

The seventh annual Salinas Valley Farm Show will be held this year in one of the largest indoor facilities available in the state, the Salinas Valley Fairgrounds in King City, Calif., where there is 110,000 square feet of indoor exhibit space.

Show dates are Dec. 8-9.

The show will offer farm and ranch exhibits, a live equipment auction hosted by Mulrooney Auction Services and several seminars and speakers that cater to the agricultural community. The Gonzales Young Farmers is once again sponsoring the annual event.

“December is a time when growers traditionally are preparing for next year’s crop and the show offers an opportunity to see the latest technology and purchase equipment for the upcoming season,” offers Wayne Gularte , Gonzales Young Farmers president.

Attendees of this year’s event can expect to find everything from irrigation, pest control, and equipment to the latest information on growing practices and food safety. The event offers an opportunity for growers to mingle with other growers at a critical time of year.

Tickets for this year’s event are $5 at the door. More information for exhibitors or attendees is available at (408) 682-4700 or at www.salinasvalleyfarmshow.com.
